Hannah Heys

I am a Ceramic Artist, combining form, function and contemporary design to create modern heirlooms through my elegant collections of decorative ceramics.

Originally trained in Textiles and Surface Design, I have worked in a variety of mediums throughout my career, consistently combining traditional methods of craft with contemporary design.

My practice has naturally evolved to focus on ceramics, using ancient sgraffito and slip trail techniques to create fluid, freehand representations of abstract nature and architecture across my hand crafted pieces.
