I enjoy woodland walks and countryside views, marvelling at the constant changes in light, weather and season. I take pleasure in translating these scenic discoveries into reduction linocuts. This relief printing technique involves cutting and transferring each layer of the design from the same block of lino in order to build up an image, destroying the block in the process. My work ranges from clean and graphic, to impressionistic and painterly, and always has strong focus on colour.
